TalentSpa ResourceMatch™ is a new revolutionary technology that works alongside our standard recruitment campaigns. Our system will trawl all UK CV databases and resource and match suitable candidates on your behalf. It will then attach them to your job within TalentSpa and give you a time date and source of where the candidate was found. You are then free to engage directly with that candidate; interview and hire.

    What do we do?

    1. Create and optimise a candidate winning job spec.
    Years of experience has led us to understand how to get your job advert to appear as high up in seach results as possible and be as attractive to your ideal candidates.

    2. Promote the job on all major UK job platforms and social media channels.
    We will post your vacancy to multiple premium, generic, niche and free online Job Boards and social media platforms.

    3. Resource passive candidates from your competitor companies.
    We have access to all the major CV databases and will headhunt candidates that match your specifications and contact them on your behalf.

    4. Screen all candidate applications and arrange interviews within your diary for you (video or F2F).
    One of our trained recruitment specialists will manually read through every CV on your behalf and screen them based on the criteria you set us using our simple flagging system. Then those who you approve of can have interveiws arranged for you either face to face, or via video call.

    5. Help arrange suitable start dates for successful candidates.
    We will take as much of the legwork out of onboarding from you, leaving you to do only the most important of tasks
