TalentSpa ResourceMatch™ is a new revolutionary recruitment software technology that works alongside our standard recruitment campaigns. Our system will trawl all UK CV databases and resource and match suitable candidates on your behalf. It will then attach them to your job within TalentSpa and give you a time date and source of where the candidate was found. You are then free to engage directly with that candidate; interview and hire.
