We combine this powerful resource with our placement strategy to make sure we stand the best possible chance of getting to the best candidates. We then engage with them directly to understand their ambitions and motivations. If we feel there is a possible match, we talk to them about the opportunity. Once we’ve compiled a suitable short list, we meet or interview every candidate.
We present the opportunity to them and continue to assess their suitability for the role.
Finally, we select the best candidates and compile a detailed assessment profile for each candidate. This is a vital step in the process and provide client with a clear and detailed overview of each candidate enabling the client to start to home in on the best candidate.
